RULES : Entry fee is a suggested donation of $10 to the DVRT, the day of the festival Children ages 12 years and younger are eligible. All registrations must be received by 5:00 PM on April 30th 2024. All contestants must check in and line up at the WMH table at 5:30 PM. Every contestant must be accompanied by a parent, guardian or older sibling. There will be one winner per category and the Judge's decision is final. No family members or affiliates of a Judge will be allowed to enter. The Contest will be broadcast live on a 20 foot jumbotron.
